Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Pants Craft.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 24hrs from delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

You can return products purchased from Pants Craft within the specified return/exchange period of 24hrs

  1. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product after delivery, please take pictures of Label & Product and record a Opening video of the parcel and disputed item and share it with us as soon as possible. without picture and video your return request is not accepted.
  2. Self-ship: please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website.
  3. If You Want to Return the Product Beyond the Return Policy You Have to do Self Shipping and Even In Self Shipping the shipping charge will be Deduct of Rs 300 for products up to Rs 1000 and Rs 600 for products up to Rs 2000.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD).Typically refunds take 3-5 Business days to get reflected in Bank Account.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 1 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
